Toolkits

The hospital toolkit provides a roadmap and a set of components that help Cost Perform implementation partners to implement CostControl in Hospitals effectively and efficiently.

The Variance analysis toolkit offers a method to identify deviations between standards and other assumptions in your costing models and actual figures. The toolkit contains a procedure in ProcessGuide, several report structures (CostControl’s report generator) and an Excel based analysis tool.

The Model Toolkit contains typical CostControl models AND report structures in order to share knowledge between partners and end users.

The Simulation Toolkit contains an overview to calculate overflow and slack capacity and costs.

The Cost and Process Management Toolkit contains an example and a set of instruments to enable costs and process management using QPR ProcessGuide and QPR CostControl in an integrated environment.
