Ackinas has developed the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Maturity Test to help you deciding the shortest way to better CPM. This test is based on the Capability Maturity Model in software development. Every component of CPM is rated on a 5 level scale: level 1 for starters level; level 5 as the ultimate goal. After answering 12 questions (with each 5 possible answers), Ackinas will help you to decide what to do to reach the next level.

Maturity alignment reasoning states that an organization needs to align the different components of CPM. It makes no sense to have one or more components on level 5 if there are still other components on level 1. Neither is it possible for an organization to aim for level 5 if they are still at level 1. So the purpose of the test is to understand the current maturity level of the organization for CPM and this for the different components of CPM (#12). When we compare this level with the level the organization aims at, Ackinas is able to state feasible projects to bridge the gap in the foreseen time frame.
The CPM Maturity Test should be filled in by as many participants as possible to be able to evaluate the maturity level over the different functional areas and spans of control of your organisation.
